Thank you for this informative post! I love starting my day with either oatmeal or eggs! I can’t go a day without either, it seems! hahah I started taking better care of myself and my nutrition after a terrible stomach episode I went through several years ago, and I’m proud to say that I’ve made great progress! Starting the day off right truly sets us up to make better decisions throughout the day.
